        2. Strengthen Customer Loyalty: Enhance customer loyalty by rewarding and recognizing existing customers for their advocacy and referrals.
        3. Create Positive Customer Experiences: Foster positive customer experiences by providing referral incentives, which can lead to increased satisfaction and engagement.
        4. Promote New Service Offerings: Introduce and promote new services or features through the referral program, creating excitement among existing and potential customers.
        5. Collect Valuable Customer Insights: Gain insights into customer preferences & satisfaction levels to speed up improvements.

      1. Discounts on Services: BVCL might offer a percentage discount on services for the existing customer (referrer).
      2. Exclusive VIP Access: BVCL might provide the existing customer (referrer) exclusive VIP access or benefits, such as priority services, dedicated customer support, or access to premium features.
      3. Gift Vouchers or Cards: BVCL might issue gift vouchers or gift cards for popular retailers, restaurants, or online platforms as a tangible reward.
      4. Cash Back or Rebates:BVCL might offer cash back or rebate incentives on the next service purchase for the existing customer (referrer).
      5. Charitable Donations: BVCL might give referrers the option to donate their incentive to a charity of their choice, aligning with BVCL’s commitment to corporate social responsibility.
  • BVCL’s VIP Ambassador Rewards Program Guidelines & Rules:
      • Program Duration:The referral program is ongoing with no set expiration date. BVCL reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
      • Eligibility:
        • All existing BVCL customers are automatically eligible to participate.
        • Referees must be new clients who have not used BVCL services before.
      • How it works:
          1. Refer a Friend:
            • Existing customers can refer friends, family, or colleagues by providing their contact details to BVCL.
            • Referrals can be submitted through the BVCL website, customer portal, or by contacting our customer service team.
          2. Verification:
            • BVCL will verify the referral and check if the referred individual is a new client.
            • Eligible referrals must sign up for and utilize BVCL services for the referral to qualify.
          3. Reward Allocation:
            • Upon successful verification and completion of the referred service, the existing customer will receive their referral reward.
            • Rewards will be distributed within 10 business days after the completion of the referred service.
          4. Referral Rewards:
            • There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make.
          5. Communication:
            • BVCL will communicate with the existing customer regarding the status of their referrals.
            • Updates and notifications about the referral program will be sent via email, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the BVCL website.
          6. Fair Use Policy:
            • Referrals should be made in good faith. Any attempt to manipulate the program or engage in fraudulent referrals will result in disqualification from the program.
          7. Privacy:
            • BVCL values customer privacy. Referral information will only be used for the purpose of the program and will not be shared with third parties.
          8. Final Decision:
            • o BVCL reserves the right to make the final decision on the eligibility of referrals and the distribution of rewards.
